Dratzo! We come to give you another report on what is transpiring around your world. In Asia and Europe a general rebellion continues against the dollar and its debt-based fiat system. In fact, the new gold-backed currencies are beginning to show their hand. Further, the pressing need for debt forgiveness is demonstrated by what is going on in Iceland, where the peoples' revolution is illustrating just how easy it is to counteract the chaos that is the dark's agenda. The gigantic global debt and its resultant social problems need to be resolved quickly; indeed, the mess now spreading in Greece and most of southern Europe exemplifies this core issue. It is for this reason that the new system is predicated on two central factors: universal debt forgiveness and the return to a precious-metals-backed monetary system. Preventing its swift introduction is the waning, albeit still powerful, presence of dark control. To avert a global economic meltdown, Earth's sacred secret societies are preparing a way to sequester the last dark cabal. We form part of this complex operation and intend to use our technology to assist in its removal.
This process of change is tied to the ongoing shift in consciousness. As you know, our mission is an integral part of a divine pledge to return you to full consciousness, and hence the dark's agenda can no longer hold. We are waiting for the final agreements which permit us to legally terminate the dark's power complex. One aspect of this complex, which is key to breaking its hold over, you is a pattern of cultural and social beliefs which they inculcated into you and which bind you unquestioningly to them. These mental 'prison bars' will be shown up for what they are by our next series of actions. It is disconcerting to us that so many have bought into this very ill woven tapestry of lies! You are sacred souls who have been reduced to a degree of mindlessness that can accept some truly unworthy notions of Heaven and your origins on this world. These falsities are compounded and daily reinforced by a power structure that was manned by individuals who were carefully chosen by your former masters, the Anunnaki. This group of off-worlders set up the system that still gives their chosen Earth minions control over every aspect of your lives. This system is now to be totally dismantled by us.
These members of the dark cabal believe that you will be unable to effect these changes globally; we are ready to prove them wrong. We have spent the past decade letting various groups of 'allies' use their abilities and resources to oust this vast, dark conspiracy from power. All have basically failed in this attempt, in spite of our liaisons pointing them in the right direction. The reason for these failures was the underlying false assumptions that form your collective worldview. To get the job done, we are to employ different means and technologies. We are also helping to form groups of government employees wholly dedicated, like us, to the principles of the dawning new era. These groups exist throughout your world, and we are to assist them in bringing the prevailing chaos into a new heavenly order. This decree has been sent to our sacred associates, and we are jointly coordinating the legalities that will substantially alter your global banking system. George Soros Unloads All Investments in Major Financial Stocks; Invests Over $130 Million In Gold 8/16
In a harbinger of what may be coming our way in the Fall of 2012, billionaire financier George Soros has sold all of his equity positions in major financial stocks according to a 13-F report filed with the SEC for the quarter ending June 30, 2012.
Soros, who manages funds through various accounts in the US and the Cayman Islands, has reportedly unloaded over one million shares of stock in financial companies and banks that include Citigroup (420,000 shares), JP Morgan (701,400 shares) and Goldman Sachs (120,000 shares). The total value of the stock sales amounts to nearly $50 million.
What’s equally as interesting as his sale of major financials is where Soros has shifted his money. At the same time he was selling bank stocks, he was acquiring some 884,000 shares (approx. $130 million) of Gold via the SPDR Gold Trust.
When a major global player with direct ties to the White House, Wall Street, and the banking system starts off-loading stocks and starts stacking gold, it suggests a very serious market move is set to happen.
While often lambasted for his calls to centralize global banking, increase government intervention in the economy and his support of what he has called an “emergence of the new world order,” if there’s anyone with an inside track of where things are headed next it’s Soros.
Soros, who has written extensively of a coming global paradigm shift in his book The Crash of 2008 and What It Means, calling the current economic and political model ”an end of an era,” has recently suggested that the financial and economic situation across the world is so serious that Europe could soon descend into chaos and conflict. He also notes that the world is entering “one of the most dangerous periods in modern history”, and foresees violent riots in America and a brutal clamp-down by the government that will dramatically curtail civil liberties.
This is an individual who not only predicted the collapse of 2008 and took action to insulate himself, he also proposed the various fixes that governments in Europe and the US would eventually implement in order to stave off a deflationary depression. In his aforementioned book he suggested that central banks infuse the system with massive amounts of monetary expansion, but also warned that not injecting enough money would simply extend the onset of deflation and printing too much could lead to hyperinflationary currency collapse.
Based on recent activity in Soros’ US held accounts, it seems that governments and central banks have failed at those efforts to stabilize the system. As such, Soros is getting out of those companies which are most at risk should the financial system buckle like it did in 2008 and he’s shifting his assets into what may be the only asset class left standing when it’s all said and done.

Operation Dreamland is an operation of the Light forces to start a new Renaissance on the surface of this planet. The first Renaissance 500 years ago has been initialized by a certain positive occult group behind the White Nobility in 15th century Florence.
The second Renaissance will be started by the same occult group worldwide and will herald the final victory of the free human spirit over the forces of limitation.
Contact has been made with White Nobility lineages that were involved with the birth of the first Renaissance and might as well help with the creation of the second.
Contact made with Grail White Nobility lineages means restoration of the Magdalene mysteries as preparation for the true revelation of the Goddess.
The Resistance Movement will be the main operating force for Operation Dreamland from the time of the Event onwards. The purpose of Operation Dreamland is twofold.
First, to restore abundance to the Lightworkers. Many Ligthworkers have a belief system that spirituality means living in poverty. This belief system is mind programming from the Cabal. In truth, physical abundance is a natural expression of the beauty of the incarnated Soul and every Lightworker deserves it. The Cabal wants to keep Lightworkers away from money to hinder the progress of the Light forces. The methods of the Cabal range from relatively harmless such as paid disinfo agents posting ad hominem attacks for “Cobra taking $1000 donations”, to moderate such as non-physical negative entities blocking business activities of the Lightworkers and then to more serious such as blocking access to funds that belong to the Lightworkers or outright stealing them.
Saint Germain Trust has been established in the late 18th century by Comte de Saint Germain with a purpose of assisting the Lightworkers at the time of the shift of the ages. Saint Germain Trust will be unblocked as soon as the Cabal is removed at the Event. Lightworkers will be finally able to live in abundance.
The second purpose of the Operation Dreamland is to start disseminating true occult teachings of the mystery schools of the Ascended Masters. In the last 26,000 years as this planet was quarantined and almost completely cut off from direct contact with the Ascended Masters, spiritual teachings have degenerated and now blind are leading the blind. One such example are many channeled messages that supposedly come from the Ascended Masters or Galactic Confederation. What happens in most those cases is a genuine energetic contact, but on the mental plane the Archons come in with their technology and insert messages that look full of love and light on a first impression, but in reality are just recycled phrases.

Captain's Log #2 "Is All This A Sick Joke?!"

Everything has fallen into place so perfectly and I'm sure that goes for every lightworker out there. Everyone's doing such a great job at keeping and grounding the light, sharing there lightwork and ascension growth with the world. I never thought I would create a website and share this news with the world like this but it kind of just happened and here I am. I got a real quick FLASH in my consciousness to start a blog and name it First Contact: Los Angeles. It feels like someone else was doing the lightwork but it was me all along. I have been getting the impression that I am a walk-in starseed, as I can account for every ascension/starseed symptom in the book and I've been interested in space, aliens and science fiction since I was a child. I've had very vivid dreams on spaceships and so has my partner which BLEW my mind and I have been able to astral travel to an extraordinary extent to where I would fly out of my house several times a night, which made me realize we do have powers! Also, anyone that knows me personally, knows that I have transformed into a whole different person physically and mentally in the last 2 years. My best friends couldn't even recognize me just 2-3 months ago. I look like a new man, physically fit and as young as the sun. :) I have changed for the best and it feels great to be a huge example of ascension transformation for all my friends and family to watch and say "wow". Before I even knew it, I was a different person.
Believing in devine timing and placement has made my life so much easier, allowing me to further free my mind from all the shackles that had us bound up. I believe everyone is exactly where they need to be, in position, on a mission. Waiting for disclosure and running this blog sure does make the time go by ridiculously slow at times. I still have to learn to BE and STAY in the no time zone, in the NOW. But were all hanging in there, one day and a post at a time. I find myself still struggling to be at my purest state, I yearn for it bad but I guess the time will come. I am still held back by habits and old ways. And knowing what I know now with all this information given to us, has affected me to the point where I had so much hate and disgust for a lot of things and it was certainly affecting my up close and personal life this past year. That "red pill" really got to me. But I guess it's all coming to the surface to be cleansed right? These past weeks, I haven't been trying hard enough to reach my inner self and be all that I can be, even though I already AM all that I AM. Sometimes you just want to say screw you and not have a care in the world because at times, this life sucks! So you get kind of lazy in being pure. I'm talking on a grounded 3d level which is very hard to reach and KEEP the highest state of purity in balance. But all that is about to change with a relaxing vacation to Mexico tomorrow.
It is my perfect chance to get away from it all and go within. I believe I will be visiting some pyramids but I don't exactly know which ones yet. I have always dreamed of seeing the pyramids in my homeland and now I hope my dream will come true. We have all been very patient and I just know we are in for many surprises when we least expect it. We weren't led here for nothin!, is what I always say.
I sure hope I don't miss anything awesome while I am away and I will try posting the news and Intel by any means necessary while I am on my trip, just not as buried in it like I have been these past 3 months. Everyone needs a little time off from all this anticipation to go deeper within, let it FLOW. I am of course extremely excited for disclosure and the Galactic Federation of Lights' messages from Greg Giles about "PROJECT 1 AND CHOOSING OUR PICKUP LOCATIONS" It really resonates with me, as I feel this is something I must do. I feel like I have been subconsciously preparing for these types of projects, physically and mentally.
I hope everyone is going outdoors as much as possible and getting enough sun! Sitting on the computer all day waiting for the news is not fun, well... sometimes. :)

Helena and Zira from the Neptune ship discuss their roles working with children as education coordinator and teacher respectively. Archangel Michael joins us at the end to speak on Disclosure activities. Linda Dillon channels. Interviewed by Geoffrey West. Produced by Graham Dewyea.
Helena describes education in the higher realms as more interactive, kinetic and playful, with the focus on the whole child and with education developed for each child individually. Healers, scientists, explorers and others assist with educating. Helena works with children from many different cultures. She speaks to how education on earth is 20% educational and 80% control. They seek to provide a balanced curriculum for children to help foster enlightened, kind, loving and understanding beings. Ethics are taught around the use of mathematics and advanced science. Educational approaches are generated through consensus.
Zira works with children 5-10 years old. Children know several languages including the universal language. There is movement involved with learning as children learn much better when they are moving. They don't pigeon hole them as we do on earth based on a child's abilities or interests. Any emotions impacting the learning process is dealt with immediately and openly. There is no need for discipline policies. Behavior problems don't exist.
Archangel Michael tells us to keep truth and discernment alive, continue to shift away from judgment. The galactics have been given the green light to arrive on earth. The UFO's seen at the Olympics are from the Galactic Federation. Things are unfolding very rapidly.

Dratzo! We return! Your transitioning world is moving from the old dark reality that is familiar to you, to a new one filled with Light, Love, and prosperity. In recent years the dark cabal has been doing all it can to stem the tide of this shift and maintain the control it has enjoyed for so long without opposition. However, this is no longer possible. The Ascended Masters have acted globally according to divine decrees to move your realm into Light, and these actions are exerting pressure upon the cabal, which is compelling it to reveal some of its fraudulent methods of doing business, thus demonstrating its habitual, arrogant modus operandi. These revelations are providing the grist for their eventual prosecution. Some nations, like Iceland, have already begun the legal process of disassembling the power structure built up decades ago by this cabal. Many other nations will soon follow suit. We are monitoring this, and our liaison officers are supplying reams of incriminating data to those who are in charge of investigating this large, unruly cabal.
Panic continues to mount within the ranks of the dark and we expect several key arrests to follow soon. True to form, it is still relying on some tremendous manufactured crisis or event to allow it to escape. As we have said, this we will not permit. There are presently several serious 'incidents' brewing in the Middle East and South Asia, and our observation teams are watching them closely. This time an incident will not be used as a means for preventing or even delaying what Heaven decrees! No longer will the cabal be permitted to use its old bag of tricks to get its way or to save its hide. We are stopping even the cabal's most desperate plots from manifesting, which means that the corrupt and sorry old system is at an end. The divine moment arrives for these rascals to be identified and isolated from the pack, allowing profound alterations to take place globally. Freedom, prosperity, and joy will define the reality that is to see you through to your ascension to full consciousness. Message from the Galactic Federation of Light 7/31/12 ‘Choosing a Pickup Location’

Today we like to begin by discussing with you how to best prepare yourselves for your work with our organization that will begin shortly in the days to come, as the time to begin our many projects together has now arrived. We would like to begin by welcoming you to our teams, and we would like to do this by meeting with you on board our ships and introducing ourselves to you so we can get to know each other just a little better before we begin a working relationship together. We will do this by meeting with you at a pre-designated spot somewhere near or at your home residence. We will contact you in the days ahead beginning next week where we will ask you where it is you feel you would like to rendezvous with us.To answer this question, we ask you to respond with a very short sentence so as to clarify your response to our question which you will hear either through the dream state, or for those of you who have begun to master telepathic communication, through your awakened state while you are meditating or any time it is that we are successful in getting our question through to you. Do you understand this? Are we making ourselves clear on this? We, the Galactic Federation of Light, will send you, telepathically or through the dream state, a short question asking where you would prefer to rendezvous with us to be teleported onto one of our awaiting ships where you will be escorted to a larger ship where you will then meet with representatives of our team to break the ice, as it were. At that time we will answer all of your questions and, if you don't mind, we will have a few questions for you, which is only natural as we wish to learn a little bit more about you as well before we begin working together, as this will assist us find a suitable position for you and learn your availability scheduling and how often and how long you could make yourself available for, and wish to work.
Please keep in mind that we do have set schedules for those who will begin working with us. We cannot tailor make a schedule for individuals, as this would entail many needless flights to and from our mother ships or whichever ship you will be working on. We feel it is necessary to reduce the number of flights to and from your surface world and to our work sites. Our work sites will be thoroughly protected from any possible dangers or threats of reprisal from any rogue military outfits aligned with the cabal. You have our word that we will do everything we can to protect your safety and well-being, although always keep in mind, no absolute guarantees or solemn oaths are made in this regard, only that we will do all that we can to protect our crewmembers and those working with us on these many projects.
As most of you who will be selected to work with us already fully understand, nothing could truly ever end your life as you are an eternal being, and as such, there is nothing ever to truly fear, as there is nothing that can happen to you out on the job sites or traveling to and from the job sites that could not be reversed in the case of injury, and even in the case of physical death it is certainly not the end, it is only the beginning for something new for you, something that many of you are headed for anyway in the months to come. Do you understand this? Do you understand that even if in the worst possible scenario where you were to experience physical death, that you would merely be getting a head start on all the others that will be ascending behind you very soon enough?
With this understood, we would like to begin this initial phase of this first and extremely important project to solidify and strengthen your shorelines by constructing beautiful, protective sea barriers off the coasts of selected areas around your planet. We will begin this project very soon, think in terms of weeks and not months, think in terms of a rapid deployment to job sites once we are successful in relaying our message to you and receiving your reply of where it is you feel would be an appropriate spot in your neighborhood or surrounding area to rendezvous with us. What we are looking for is an area that is at least semi secluded, although we understand that some of you live near major metropolitan areas and this might be a bit difficult for you to find such a space, but we tell you to use your resolve, be cunning and clever, research area maps and especially satellite imagery available through your Internet which will help you find such an area that at this time you may be unaware of as it is hidden from view even as you may drive or walk by. We are confident each and every one of you will find such an area, and we will leave this assignment up to you as we have much faith and confidence in you.
After this initial conversation, we will then be in touch with you when it is time for you to rendezvous with us. This signal must come as a surprise, with only very short notice being given to you, as we cannot have our plans leaked somehow to the cabal through the methods in which we communicate to you, as we wish for no surprises and wish for no one to gain an advantage by having any suitable time to prepare to intercept our meeting with you in any way. We hope you understand this, and we hope you understand that it is required of you to keep all this that we speak to you about to yourselves. Do not share this information with others on the Internet, on the phone, or even verbally in your own homes as your privacy is not guaranteed even in your own living room. We hope this does not come as startling news for you, but there are very many ways to intercept communications even without the use of electronic listening devices, technology which many of your world fully understand at this time.
There are disembodied spirits roaming all over your planet, some of you know this and some of you might be very surprised to learn this. One of the goals of our mission is to lift your planet away from these disembodied beings as they do not belong here on the same planet as you. We have discussed this at some length in a previous message, and if there are those of you hearing this news for the first time we ask you to please go back a few weeks and read that message as you may find it very informative. So in light of the fact that can never be too sure who is listening in on your conversation, we urge you to keep the information regarding our meeting with you to yourself and only to yourself, and in this way no one can eavesdrop on your conversation and learn of our plans or our schedule to meet with you. Is this understood, dear one? We hope we have made ourselves clear on this, as regrettably we would have to cancel our rendezvous with you if the details of this meeting were shared openly on your internet or even through private messaging on your Internet, as this type of electronic eavesdropping is quite simple to achieve and occurs each and every day in your world, and the culprits are various sources and not just one.
We feel we are clear on this, and at this time we would like to move on and discuss with you what it is exactly you will be doing when you begin working on this first project with us. We will rendezvous with you and escort you to a ship which is a craft capable of space flight, at which time you will receive training in the methods and technologies we employ to build water barriers used to protect coastlines. You will be instructed on how this technology works and how to properly engage this technology and utilize it. You will receive hands-on training from highly qualified instructors. We have teams of scientists, and each ship will have a representative with a scientific background who can answer any and all of your questions of a scientific and advanced nature.
We will begin slowly, as it will be you that will build these seawalls and it will not be us, as we have explained, this is your planet and it is your responsibility to care for her. We are only here to assist you, and by assisting you we will allow you to utilize our technologies and our spacecraft. We will train you, we will supervise you, we will coach you, we will organize you, we will answer any and all of your questions and we will do everything we can to keep you safe, but this is all we will do. As we have said, it is all up to you.
We do not expect you to move quickly in the beginning, we simply wish to see that you have learned to use this equipment properly and safely before we look for any kind of speed in the production of these see barriers. Once a section of seawall is seated into place we will advance our ship to the next location where you will once again construct and insert a section of seawall sturdily into the seabed, at which time we will move forward once again and repeat the process. This is a very simple process, and once you get comfortable with our technologies and this procedure we can begin to build this seawall at a very fast rate. This technology can build a seawall up miles of coastline in a manner of minutes, that is how fast this technology can be employed and a seawall can be built. This is very important as well, as there are many miles of coastline around your world that we feel necessitate the protection of these seawalls, and as we have said, time is running short.
When we speak with you personally we will speak more in depth of which areas of your world will receive these seawalls and which areas we feel may require the relocations of at least a certain amount of their populations, as we feel even these seawalls may not fully or adequately protect them from the rising sea levels and surges that these particular areas may experience as your planet shakes off her third dimensional layers for her journey into the higher realms of this universe, which is the underlying cause of these Earth tremors that will cause these seas to erupt in certain areas around your world. This is our first project together, to protect your people and your communities from the seas, and we look so forward to beginning this project with you, our brothers and sisters of Earth.

Cobra Intel Update: "The Plan and What You Can Do" 7/30
I have received new intel about the Plan.
The Event will be a multidimensional breakthrough for planet Earth that will send waves of Light across the Universe. The Event will be spiritual and physical in nature. It will encompass a breakthrough in removal of non-physical negative entities, mass arrests of the Cabal and drastic increase of sightings of positive UFOs. It will be an unified effort of the Pleiadians, the Resistance Movement, Positive Military, White Dragon Society and other positive groups.
The Event is scheduled for October this year or later.
The Event is only the beginning, then things will go as fast as humanity can integrate. First Contact operations will proceed along with the restructuring of the system. New financial system will be very short lived since after the First Contact money will become obsolete. The Ascension will NOT happen on December 21st. Humanity needs a lot of healing and December 21st is just the beginning of the Ascension process.\
The main reason why mass arrests of the Cabal did not happen within the April to June timeframe is that the Positive Military was not aware of Archons until recently and did not integrate them in their 35+ years old plan. The other reason was that positive groups got heavily infiltrated by the Cabal.
Nothing spectacular will happen on August 4th. There will be a gradual increase of number of UFO sightings during August / September period. The hostage situation around humanity is slowly being resolved, the ships of Pleiadians and other positive civilizations of Light are progressing towards the surface of planet Earth.
To explain from my last post, Magdalenian Archons invasion was an invasion that ended peaceful Gravettian Goddess worshiping paleolithic high culture more than 16,000 years ago and started Magdalenian hunting paleolithic tribal society.

Some will still choose to disbelieve our messages, but that is their free choice which we honor. However, there is the important matter of Ascension and much to do in these final days, and we cannot wait any longer. Our allies have gone as far as can be reasonably expected, and they need complete freedom to go surging ahead with their final responsibilities. So very shortly the clearing up process will be able to proceed without further hindrance from the dark Ones. Your lives are to some extent to be turned upside down, although many people are already prepared for it. We hope that some leaders will heed our request and not wait until we are forced to intervene, but if we have to we are fully ready.
The coming period will show those who are of the Light, as they will be able to step forward with our blessing and take the reins from those who are not. We want to stop all actions that are happening or proposed, that are purposefully directed at you the people to limit what little freedom you have left. You do have good souls of the Light that are here at this time to handle such matters. Hitherto you have had too may people in high places that have become corrupt, and do not know who you can trust. That must change and we are the ones to help you, as we know exactly what level of Light people are at and whether they are honest and proven to have the interest of others at heart.
We know you have had your share of disappointments over many years, when your expectations have for different reasons been dashed. However, we are empowered by God and we see no reason why the great spectacle of the Olympics, should not be a show window for the announcements of our existence and our coming part in your evolution. The end of this cycle is in itself an historic occasion that will be a long spoken about through this Universe. As we have often told you, it is a unique event of your Ascension with Mother Earth. Upon your assured success rests the future of the whole Universe, and many civilisations look on with awe and wonder at your coming Ascension.
Although you have been preparing yourselves for this time, we know it will take your breath away as it is massive process of world wide extent. In one way or another every single soul is involved and provided for. Where God is concerned there are no mistakes but only perfection, so you may be certain that the outcome will place everyone where they are intended to be. You have had a long journey that has led you to where you are today, and your future will be a continuation of it in the next phase of your evolution. Do not worry exactly what that will mean where you are concerned, as in time you will be told. Be assured that many spiritual Beings share your journey and know you better than you know yourself, and you will progress in a manner that is exactly right for you.
Lightworkers can prepare to take some responsibility for making sure people around them are calm and not fearful about what is happening. We cannot cover it all in just a few days but will soon have the freedom and facilities to address you directly. We do not use your methods that are to us antiquated, and ours are such that no remaining members who oppose us will be able to prevent our communications to you. We know you well and have many recorded addresses that are precise and capable of relaying details to you that you will understand. We feel as excited as you do at the prospect of at last of meeting you, but first things first and the acknowledgement of our existence is most important.
That will allow us to be identified with the many ways that we have helped your civilization already, as much of our work has been carried out without any publicity. It goes back thousands of years when you have incarnated into your various lives in the many Races that exist on your Earth. It has all been part of your experiences that have enabled you to grow spiritually, in your understanding on your way back to the higher dimensions from whence you came. Bear in mind that you volunteered for your Earth lives, that have given you so many opportunities to find out about duality. You are all the greater for it and as you might say, earnt your spurs and done so in great style. You will not have to re-live those experiences unless for some reason you desire to do so.
You have yet to fully understand the function of the different time lines, and many different dimensions but all in good time when it will be of value to you. We will however tell you that everything that ever was still exists at some level, which is why you can go back in time and re-live your past lives. Of course you can also travel into the future and see all probabilities. It is what many seers have used to predict the future, but it is of course open to change. It is why you are best advised not to hold onto old prophesies too strongly, as time can change the outcome of events. An example of that is your present time which will in no way be as catastrophic as was first anticipated. You have lifted yourselves and Mother Earth up, and the Light has grown so much it has paved the way for much more peaceful changes than were thought possible.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and many of you will know already that this coming week is one that is a last chance for your leaders to respond to our demands. If we are ignored yet again, we shall go forward ourselves, and make ourselves known in such a way that our presence can no longer be ignored or hidden. Cosmic Vision News on InLight Radio 7/28
Tonight's regular edition of CVN has been pre-empted, due to a special breaking news show earlier today.
Sierra Neblina, a Pleiadian was on the show to share her connection to a potentially unfolding event at the
London Olympics. Several crop circles reported recently have indicated that something could happen on or around August 4th.
Several messages from channelled sources also had indicated the possibility that something could unfold within a week or two.
Sierra shared that she 'saw' a very intense meeting involving numerous world leaders, the Queen and members of our galactic families. The galactic families were informing the leaders of the world that they are moving too slowly with transitioning global affairs, and if they were not willing to announce disclosure by or before the 4th of August, that the galactic families would be taking disclosure into their own hands. Sierra reports that several plans were being discussed, but that there also appeared to be some disagreement as to how the issue of disclosure should be introduced to the people of the world.
Also at this meeting, it was reported by Sierra that the Queen was demanding exoneration from her crimes,
in exchange for surrendering to disclosure.
Sierra also reported that a solution, albeit perhaps a tentative solution has apparently been reached, although those details are not yet available at this time.

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light 7/27/12 ‘Time to Begin Project 1’
Mounting problems and difficulties in you world precipitate a faster move-up of some of the projects we have earlier discussed with you, dear ones. We have convened, and we have reached a decision that we will at this time begin our many projects with you, one at a time and in order of their urgency and importance. What we would like to see today is a showing of hands, if you will, of those who wish to take part in our first project which will be the strengthening and re-fortification of seawalls of your shorelines in strategic areas of your world where your shores are not adequately protecting communities inland. We would like to see you leave your names under our message today wherever it is you find this message and we will duly note your names if we consider you a safe prospect and an addition to our team that will be a positive.
These are primarily the two prerequisites, although we have accumulated a short list of names of those who we feel we would not prefer to work with at this time. We hope those of you who are on the short list understand and also see that the reasons for this have been the way you have treated others and spoken to others throughout your online communities over the past few weeks, months and years since many of these changes and our messages have become aware to you. We simply feel it would not be fair to those who you have treated in negative ways to be working side-by-side with you as you have shown no proficiency and willingness to treat others with kindness, with caring, with love, with fairness, with decency.
For your own sake and for the possibility of your future employ with our organization, we suggest to those of you who do wish to work with us and even those who do not wish to work with us to better treat those around you, for not being included in our work with us is merely one negative result of your behavior, as there are many negative results of your behavior that flow like an uncontrollable river, damaging yourself and others in its wake. Do you understand this? Do you understand that there are better ways to treat others than to slam them with your insults, your heated opinions, your tirades, your name-calling, your slandering, your obscenities, your hatred, your anger, your dismissal, your one-way rhetoric?
Please understand that we as an organization and as individuals as well do not judge or condemn you in any way, shape or form. We simply feel a working partnership with some of you right now is not conducive to a suitable working environment for your brothers and sisters of your human family as well as our family, and after all, we are one large family. There will be other opportunities to work with us in the days ahead and we suggest to you to take heed to what we say today and begin to treat each other differently, for we will continue to monitor your online networks and we will continue to add and even detract names from our lists. Thank you for your attention today and for your cooperation, if it is cooperation you wish to lend in this matter.
We would like to discuss with all of you today what our intentions are, what our plan is to strengthen your shoreline around the coasts of Florida and Lower, or what you call ‘Southern’ California in the United States, and even some other parts of the world. Some areas you may know little about depending on where it is you are from, of course, and how advanced your education has been in geography. There are coastal settings all around your world that offer little protection from storms, hurricanes, sea surges and the like. We have monitored these coastal areas for quite some time now and have come up with a suitable and definite list as to which areas we feel need the benefit of coastal seawalls in the form of ‘brick and mortar’, as you say, constructions, although it is not brick and it is not mortar we will use, as this is a metaphor. What construction materials we will use are glass-crystal sealing structures. These structures are strong, these structures are sound, these structures are light- weight, these structures can be raised high, they can be stretched wide and they can be dug deep into the sands of the bottom of your seabed.
These structures can also be made to appear beautiful. These structures reflect the sun, they shine in the sun, they gleam in the sun, and your coastal areas will not only improve in their safety and their form, but in their aesthetic appearance as well, and we feel those of you who live on your coasts, those of you who visit your coasts and even those of you who only view photographs of your coasts will see these structures as beautiful additions to your already gorgeous beaches and shorelines. How these glass-crystal structures are constructed is through the use of our advanced technologies that are mounted on board our large spacecraft. We will fly over your coastal areas inspecting the sea floors for their contours, their depth, their density and their stability, what they are made of and how deep we can or we have to embed these glass-crystal ‘walls’, if you will. We then will lower our spacecraft to slightly above sea level and begin to install these structures by simply moving levers on a control panel. These seawalls will come down from the hulls of our ships that have been designed and constructed for just this purpose and voila! Your seawalls are strongly and safely embedded deep into the underlying seabed of your coastal shorelines.
We will continue this method up your coastlines many miles and this will take many days, and this is why we feel the urgency to begin this operation with you almost immediately. We will say that it will be at least a couple of days and even at the most two to three weeks before we begin, but we say to you to take heart of what we say, for we will be beginning this operation very shortly as much needs to be done in a very short time. We hope to see many names today volunteering for this very important assignment and we look so forward to working with you, our brothers and sisters of our human family. We will be in touch with those of you we feel would be a positive addition to our team in one way or another.
Please do not overly concern yourselves with how we will contact you or rendezvous with you, as this is nothing for you to be concerned about. All will be explained to you in its due time, dear ones, and you have nothing to worry about if you have not yet perfected your telepathic abilities. There will be no reason to worry that you may have missed a message from us as, if we feel you would be a positive addition to our team and your name is duly noted under one of these messages, we will rendezvous with you in one way or another. It will be done. Have faith and confidence in our methods, just as we have nothing but faith and confidence in you, dear ones.
