"How to Communicate with us"

Do your best to navigate over small bumps in the road that may appear and you will always emerge stronger and wiser for the experience. What has transpired over the last few days with our communication with our channel is nothing but a small and temporary obstacle that we have successfully cleared from our path, and it is nothing to be alarmed about or to carry long-lasting concern for. These minor distractions may appear from time to time as our mission is a greatly vast endeavor and there are many players and participants, allies and foes and those neutral parties as well, and we will persevere to rise to any challenge that presents itself and we will succeed in our mission together with you, as nothing can stop us now.

We would like to discuss with you ways to better communicate with us, the members of the Galactic Federation of Light. We do see that there are those of you who wish to begin or to improve your communications with us, and we say to you there are methods that you can use to better open up the lines of communication. We would recommend to you to choose a particular time of day or night when you wish to communicate with those assigned to your team or even your guides who may be members of our organization. To do this, simply begin your meditations, or however it is you wish to begin communicating with us, at the same time of day or night so those on the other end of the line with you will know when to ‘pick up the phone’, as it were, and listen for you as you listen for them. This is how it better works for both of us.

We suggest to you to begin your communications with us by sitting in a semi-darkened or completely darkened room, quieted from all external noise from outside and inside as well, such as air conditioners, fans, or of course, television sets. If you have a question to ask of us please ask, keeping it as short as possible and making your point as clear as possible. Then we would like you to sit in quiet, focusing as best as you can on absolutely nothing, as a blank slate is easiest for us to write upon. Our messages to you will be as short as possible in the beginning, as this will be easier for you to receive. We will do our best to answer your question, but the most important goal for now is simply to work on strengthening our line of communications and not particularly on answering your questions specifically.

We do understand that many of you have many questions about who it is you are, where it is you come from, if you are members of the Galactic Federation of Light and so forth, but for many of you, simply learning the basics of telepathic communication is what we'd like to focus on in the early stages and we hope you understand that we may not be able to answer all your questions immediately, as we simply wish to break in these communication lines with you. Remember, each of you has at least one guide and many of you have more than one guide, and these guides have always been with you throughout your many incarnations and your current incarnation is certainly no different. Your guides may or may not be members of our organization, but this does not mean you cannot attempt to communicate with them and it does not mean you cannot attempt to communicate with us.


We all play for the same team. There is no us and there is no them here in the higher realms. There are no spiritual groups or other commands that we, the Galactic Federation of Light, are not allied with, partnered with, teammates with, family with. We wish to make this clear, as we do see from time to time those of your world attempting to create some sort of animosity between groups or different organizations or individuals within the higher realms and this simply will not work, as there are no different teams, different sides here. We are all one on this side of the veil. Separation is merely an illusion of your lower third dimensional state that you have chosen to experience at this, what you know as time. The illusion of separation does not penetrate through the veil and does not exist on this side within the higher realms. We hope we have made ourselves clear on this, and we feel many of you will immediately understand this and resonate with this truth, as it is truth.

Moving on to adventures in your world that you are experiencing through your choice to learn through your education here, we see the men and women on your front lines continuing the process of apprehending and incarcerating the members and associates of your criminal cabal. These arrests are ongoing, and we see them as perpetually moving forward as each hour of each day passes by, and we say to you we hope this knowing helps sweep you through the hours and days and brings forth to you all that you want and all that you have dreamed of as soon as is possible for you. We see these arrests as the pivotal point of your 3rd dimensional experience. There has never been a war, a President elected, a country founded or a technology invented that has shifted your focus and your frequency as great as this truly Earth changing event. This event is one for the ages. It will be memorialized in all your future history books, in song, in museums, in film, in literature, and in stories that a grandfather or grandmother will share with their grandchildren while sitting around a campfire or warm fireplace, for this event will fuel enthralling discussion for ages to come, and deservedly so.

This event, although still transpiring mostly beyond the eyes and ears of your people, will break through the media blockade in the days to come, you can be assured of this, for a secret this great can never be kept buried forever. We will do what it is we can to allow your media outlets to see that the time has come when they break free from the constraints of the criminal cabal. The cabal today focuses less on their scheming to control the rest of the population of Earth and your planet as well, and spends more time worrying about their future, just as they have caused so much of humanity to live in a constant state of worry for their future and the future of their family and friends. This is what is going on in the minds of those of the criminal cabal and those that have accepted payment to participate in crimes against you. They are not a force to be concerned about any longer.

The only concern you should have today is on yourselves, for there is so much now becoming available for you and your lives are already beginning to change. There are great rewards for your combined efforts to change your world and the starting gun for these gifts and advancements is the arrests of these criminals of your cabal. You are already ‘off to the races’, as it were, as the starting gun has been fired, we wish to shout this loud and clear to you as there is no other truth here, there is no other version of this story, there is no counter perspective. These arrests have begun, they have begun in earnest, they continue through each day and each night and we see them as never slowing or stopping. We believe we have made ourselves clear on this.

We do see other alternative explanations and theories as to what is transpiring and what will transpire in regards to the members of your criminal cabal and we say to you that you may disregard these alternative theories and explanations as they hold no water at all. These arrests are happening, and it would be very hard to convince the men and women on the front lines who may even be reading these words that these arrests are not taking place, as it is they themselves who are ‘slapping the cuffs’, as you say, on these criminals.

We feel we have made ourselves clear once again on this point, and we would like to move on to discuss just what it is that will begin here in your world once sufficient numbers of the criminal cabal are taken into custody and cleared from the playing field of your planet. We would like to begin meeting with individuals who we have selected and are continuing to select as representatives of your people to meet us and engage with us in a ceremony which will introduce our organization and our people to your people, a ceremony and a celebration that will be televised worldwide through your media channels. What we would like to do is meet you face-to-face, dressed in ceremonial attire, and present to you offerings of our friendship for your whole world to see. We feel this would be the most appropriate way to meet you, and we have many times in the past been welcomed to worlds through ceremonies such as this. We will be in touch with those individuals who we wish to take part in this ceremony, and we have already been making plans for this occasion, this is how close we are to reuniting with you, our brothers and sisters.

For some time now, we have been limiting the extent to which the dark Ones can interfere with your progress towards Ascension. Working with our allies, we have given them every opportunity to go forward with the changes. However there is still hesitancy in some quarters, but we wish to assure you that the time has come for you to take action.

We know that you can succeed and we will be overseeing what takes place. All of the Light Forces are lined up against the dark Ones, and will ensure that you are able to complete your objectives to remove those who stand in your way. These measures will be the commencement of a whole string of moves to propel you into the New Age.

What is happening is part of your battle against those who have plotted your demise, and it is important that you are seen to overcome them. Whatever course you adopt you will succeed, but we want you to abide by the “rules” that have been laid down. You do not need to meet fire with fire, as you have the Law on your side along with us and many great Beings of Light.

With so much Light reaching you, we find consciousness levels are rising and many souls are being awakened as a result. This is wonderful news as it means the Forces of Light are growing all of the time, and dissipating the lower energies that the dark Ones feed upon.

You must have noticed that when you meet Lightworkers, they carry an air of calmness that is very uplifting. That, dear Ones, is where you will all eventually find yourselves, and you will know that you have at last found the peace you have been seeking. No one can take it away from you, as it becomes a powerful state of being that is also your protection. Be true to your Higher Self and do your best to live your life as you envisage one who has Ascended.

Again we remind you how powerful your thoughts are, and that it is you who are creating your own future. In particular, guard against allowing your emotions to run away with you when confronted by challenging situations. In the heat of the moment, Humans tend to lose their composure, and end up doing or saying things they later regret.

Negative reactions damage your own aura and lower your Light levels, and it takes time to recover. Sometimes it is best not to get too involved in a personal argument, or at least to know when to pull out. There are often no winners on such occasions, and it is only your ego that will feel hurt.

In extreme cases of loss of temper, there are also the inevitable lessons to be learnt that will come back to you in the form of karma. That is indeed what life is about and is intended to help you along your evolutionary path.

Now, more than ever, it is extremely important how you carry yourself, so try to live up to your highest expectations and in so doing you will set a good example to other people. Like attracts like and you will find that as you lift up, so others of a similar level will gravitate towards you.

Those who are coarse and drawn to things of the lower energies will no longer interest you, and you will find yourself enjoying the finer things in life. For example, your taste in music may change as you search for things that give you more pleasure and satisfaction.

Fulfilment is no longer found in most of what is presented to you as entertainment, and you are almost certainly going to look for spiritual upliftment. As a reader, you are no doubt already seeking it from the enormous number of good authors that are sufficiently illuminated to do so.

There will always be souls that are slow to awaken, but with time racing by they need a boost to get going. People look far and wide for their salvation, and although guidance will help, we repeat our advice that all knowledge is within.

It is a matter of “knowing” without being able to explain why. So follow your intuition and you will not go far wrong as it is usually only the ego that will interfere, it being that part of you that you have programmed to look after your interests. So think before you act and you will live a much calmer life without too many of the usual ups and downs.

We often bring you news about the activities of the dark Ones, as it would not otherwise reach your ears. However, it is approaching a time when our focus is changing even more to the growth of the Light. The dark Ones are no longer the force or threat that they were, and should be left to face the consequences of their actions.

Concentrate on your own preparations for Ascension knowing that the path is open, and no one can be prevented from completion of this cycle as intended. We ask you, what else matters now that you have the end times in sight? The day approaches when you can finally leave duality behind having had so many lives and experiences within it. Enjoy that thought because you have such a wonderful future to look forward to and one that you fully deserve.

Carry on your everyday life as normal, and when you need to make any changes we will advise you. Money will not have too much significance for long bearing in mind that there is to be a sharing of the world’s wealth, currently held by about 300 families. Most of it has been illegally obtained and we know exactly how to recover it as no hiding place is beyond our knowledge.

Along with debt forgiveness, it will give everyone a chance to enjoy being able to have a share of whatever is produced upon Earth. Also, many helpful pieces of equipment will be freely issued to raise your quality of life. It will of course initially centre around those who are in the most need.

Each day brings you a bit closer to the government announcements that shall trigger the commencement of the benefits that are to go to you. There will no stealing within such schemes, and only our appointed and trusted allies shall be given the responsibility to look after them.

It all has to commence very soon, and will continue well after Ascension. What we are lining up to do is to get things moving, but not before those who are against our actions are safely out of the way. It is clearly worth waiting those extra few days to see matters working out as planned.

There is just so much news, so why keep looking at so many viewpoints of it? Just a little while ago, I thought I would look at what appeared to be a nice friendly site. He was telling us how to spot disinformation. Well... just about EVERY paragraph contained the word "fear." It just went on and on! And I GOT OUT! I don't care how "nice" they appear, and maybe it is not intentional and they don't realize what they are doing to people ... but we JUST DON'T NEED IT!


All we need are our own good viibes! That is where and what we want to BE!

By the way, if you liked having some fun with the Russian flash mob, you can find other happy folk on Today's Inspiration. There is also a 1:10 YouTube which you may have seen before (I had) awakening us to the sacred knowledge of vibrations and human emotions. If you are looking for something to hold your attention for an hour or so ... and finish you off on a "high" -- this could do it. Good sound and well choreographed.

Actually, this 1:10 YouTube came on Drake's newsletter! As you probably know, Drake's radio show has been shut down. Here is the message I received from Lady Dragon on Saturday:

Now ... the Calvary is here and we are seeing the fireworks on Greg Gile's videos. So.... WHO CALLED AND SAID THEY NEEDED US??? Why are we inciting the citizens to get into the frey????

Personally, guys ... I will not be posting these kinds of initiatives. I fully believe that OUR PART is, as always, RAISING OUR OWN VIBRATIONS, which means staying happy, helping others get happy, and RAISING THE LIGHT QUOTIANT ON PLANET EARTH! We are gaining on the darkness... we are nearing critical mass. WHY have a huge open confrontation? WHERE does that put people's vibrations???

And actually, Drake's work as far as we are concerned is about finished. We are getting Federation postings that arrests are being made, and once the cabal is collected, our attention is going to be on our new "guests" and the information they will be posting for us on TV. (ReadSaLuSa's message for today). Yes, by that time I probably won't need to even write a newsletter or post a website!

So, now that Drake is focusing more on political and military agenda's ... that is very 3D, I have pretty much stopped posting him, unless he comes up with something, again, along the spiritual line or is sharing some good news.

ASHTAR A couple of weeks ago, I had posted some information from Ashtar on the Road. This seemed to be a nice source, but I had never heard the message; I had just read the transcripts. So.... last night I listened to the full 90-minutesof Ashtar on the Road's teleconference. Susan Leland's recorded Ashtar message within this 90-minute show was about 40 minutes And yes, it took me to about 5 AM to hear the whole 90-minute call, but I wanted to HEAR the energies. And although Ashtar sounds, obviously, different through Susan as he does through Michael Ellegion, I believe this is a good source. This is another source committed to delivering Ashtar's information as well as other valuable and unique messages; information quite unique and not, to my knowledge, to be found anywhere else.

All of this to say: On the DISCLOSURE-2012.COM website, click on ASHTAR and you will have access to the latest Ashtar message through Susan on July 10 2012. It was posted July 16, titled

ASCENSION AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES. Both the written transcript and the mp3 audio recording are there. These are some pretty lively 90-minutes, and considering how shy Susan Leland was when first contacted by Ashtar ... today she fullly allows the energy of Ashtar as he utilizes her Voice.

Dratzo! We are here! We come with good news for all! The process of returning you to your sovereignty is starting to reach the point of fruition. We are employing a technology that is resulting in the collapse of the dark ones and their empire, and we fully expect to be able to remove them from their positions of dwindling power. The growing Libor crisis is a sign that the present economic systems can no longer function as they are now generally acknowledged to be rotten to the core. A new system that can be trusted needs to be implemented, and quickly. This conclusion is now favored by most of your economists. Even the staid organs of the press are calling for an across-the-board arrest of the scoundrels who knowingly brought on this financial debacle. The present system has openly shown its hand, and as the crisis grows into a global mess, it can swiftly lead to the dark's undoing. This unraveling will allow us to move forward, clear the cabalists out of the way with recently obtained special court orders, and so complete the move to an entirely new economic system.

Most of those who signed the series of agreements in Europe nearly two years ago are anxious to place your world on a new financial footing. The 'too big to fail' banks are on the point of mass bankruptcy and most of the banks in the European Union are likewise unstable. The euro is close to collapse and the same is true of the American dollar. The Federal Reserve is known to be running on fumes. The aggregate of global debt is so vast that it threatens a sudden, worldwide monetary crash, potentially plunging the world into unsolvable financial ruin. The only remaining solution is a new monetary system which, like the concepts advanced by NESARA, enacts universal debt forgiveness as part of an entirely new set of banking and fiscal policies. This will herald the new governance, which will dovetail with the demise of the crumbling old order. What we are doing here is building you a new home, a new home built on trust, on hope, on dreams, on possibilities, on the air, the land and the seas that you have created through your thoughts, your words, your actions and intentions and everything that you wish for yourselves, your families, all your loved ones and friends. All your new home needs is the lumber, the nails, the knowhow and the effort to put it all together. You are being supplied all these tools and materials to construct your new home by the higher dimensions, by your Creator, who loves you and cares about you and your new home and wishes for you the new home built of every dream you have ever had.

What your new home is not built upon is a faulty foundation built on distrust and suspicion, blame and finger-pointing, argument and hostility, anger, objection and judgment. Instead of demonstrating love and compassion, understanding and tolerance for each other, there are a number of you who chose a different way to treat others. This is what we are asking you today; can you possibly describe in better terms how your home was constructed yesterday? Would you say that verbally attacking and abusing others and their views was a productive day in any way for you, your people, and the building of you your new home that you will very shortly share together? There is no other, nicer or sweeter way to explain this to you. We must be honest with you, we must speak clear and we must be forthright and say that many of you who engaged in this sort of behavior of rudeness and abuse perhaps were better to take the day off and leave your tools at home and allow others to show up at the construction site to continue the building of the house that you will share, for much of the work that was done yesterday needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt starting today.

This is what we would like to see today. It is a beautiful day no matter where it is in your world that you live. It may be raining, it may be hot and may even be cold, but today is a perfect day to pick up your tools and repair the portions of your home that were built through faulty construction yesterday. Let us begin to repair some of the damage that we did by making amends with those that we may have trespassed upon by hurling insults and defamations of character upon. Let us today pick up our tools, and the first nail we drive be apologies to each other in the form of expressions that today we will instead choose to honor and respect the views of others. It is your home, and it is you in the end who will decide upon its construction, its design, its beauty and its function, but we, as master builders and architects, will suggest to you that you take this afternoon and re-familiarize yourself with the blueprints that you have drawn up in your dreams and compare them to the construction that went on throughout the hours of yesterday and ask yourself if the work done did justice to your wonderfully designed architectural plans. Well, I just changed the date on this newsletter for the third or fourth time! I think I have it said, wait for the next day to edit ... and va-voom! New info!
I believe this is a very important newsletter, for several reasons.

1. We have finally arrived at the pivotal point we have been waiting for, and we seem to be in lethargy.

2. Once this newsletter is published, I will have that open window I've been waiting for to train myself and post the audio clips I have promised both you, and Ashtar.

3. Our new website has about "arrived." It has taken a little time to "become," but I think ... I hope ... you are starting to feel at home with it and are learning your way around. Soon, I expect it to be an "addiction" to our readers and I feel it has arrived just in the nick of time.

DO WE HAVE THE "BLAHS?"
With my hand on the pulse... I ask... "Where IS it??"

You know, we are learning a lot about human emotion. There is nothing like building people up to a specific deadline with high expectations... and appear not to deliver; or, change the game plan, or discredit valuable sources

From earlier versions of this newsletter,I just deleted hours of discussion, which, two days later has become more condensed in my mind. Let me make my fourth try at this and see if we are all on the same page ....

First of all, I believe we must acknowledge our own human frailties and not expect so much of ourselves. We have not yet fully awakened and recovered our full consciousness. Then, when we get hit with two scenarios, in our simple human thinking, we think one must be right and one must be wrong. 3D thinking! So finite!

Of course, I am talking about the sudden announcement of containment. This has rocked many a ship, including Steve Beckow's who received this information from Archangel Michael a week ago Monday. Then comes the philosophical considerations, weighing the differences between containment and mass arrests. Again thinking there can be only ONE right answer!

Next, comes the Galactic Federation and Ashtar Command announcing arrests and a call to our media to step up and announce these events.

And as the Galactics report of these arrests we find they have none of the "3D violence" that has suddenly become associated with the term "arrests." There has been no more violence with the arrests than with the containment scenario. They both render the individual unable to disrupt our society ... those arrested are dealt with much the same as those contained ... being told they are no longer free to wield their havoc and it is time to mend their ways. Rehabilitation is applied in a positive way in both scenarios. One is visible to the media and one is not visible. And that's about it. If we don't have visible arrests we have no media communication with the masses. This is key to the awakening.

The bottom line is ... we are underway! And we are right on schedule! And we shouldn't be so fixed in our expectations that we can't appreciate that there is more than one way to get the job done. Simple.

So that takes care of what we thought were delays in rounding up the cabal and ... a new way of gathering these guys up. Both work. Both are non-violent. Both are being done right now, on schedule. We just need our media to get back to truthful reporting, like in the good old days.

What we are lacking, right now, is participation by our media! The events are there. We need media validation!

And the third thing that has again been brought up, as has happened so much in the past ... this question about if the surface of Earth must be cleared by us so that Mother Earth can have her cleansing. And the worst part of this question is when one channel actually accused those who supported this as wanting to incite fear. Oh my! Talk about 3D considerations!

I don't have any fear, and most who I know do not. This is an exciting adventure where preparations have been made to provide safe zones from which we can also watch this gala event! All this talk about "catastrophy" and the "destruction of Earth" ... well, to quote my last and final email from Billie/Zorra when I sent them this channeling ...

That's because many people are still in their 3rd dimensional thinking, Anne. As Zorra says, "Wait and see what happens." This is our last email to you ...

And folks, it is just as simple as that. In this same channeled message, several times it quotes us moving into 4th dimension "around the end of the year." It talks about us still being in 3rd dimension. So ... of course this is reflecting a 3rd dimensional viewpoint. All of us who have had the honor and benefit of Zorra's knowledge know that Earth entered 4th Dimension in 2006.

We have been told that as the year moved on, we would get lots of conflicting information. And that is why Zorra came back for one last visit with us on June 6th. And what did that message say? Zorra said, "This is to set the record straight..." and hereconfirmed in no uncertain terms all that he had been telling us for the past year about Emergence, Disclosure, and ... The Gathering. Nothing changed!

So all is well. All is just as it should be. And we had all better get back to the most important work we have to do: RAISE OUR OWN VIBRATIONS ... AND KEEP THEM THERE!

The more we keep looking at this and at that ... comparing ... thinking there is only ONE answer ... one must be right and one must be wrong ... we are definitely slipping back into 3D!! There are events underway that far exceed our human brain capacity to understand. And that is not our work. Our work is to hold our vibrations high. That ONE accomplishment will assure our transition to 5th Dimension. So why do we think we have to complicate things? 3D! 3D!

Folks, we had better start giving more thought to TIME LINES! We had better start considering that maybe ... just maybe ... there is MORE THAN ONE FUTURE. We may magically find that each of us gets the future we can believe in! We must let go of this fixed 3D viewpoint!!

COBRA UPDATE 7/13 "The Plan Expanded"

The original plan for the liberation of this planet has been expanded. There will be less talk and more action:

1. Less intel will be declassified and given to the general population. The reason for this is that the awakened part of the general population has underperformed regarding what it did with the intel received. It is not strategically wise to release intel that even the awakened population laughs at and at the same time the Cabal uses it to the disadvantage of the Light.

You will still receive intel and updates, but certain things will be withheld until the appropriate time.

2. The Matrix is beginning to crack in the mass media. The cracks will expand and widen.

3. At a specific point before the Event, certain actions will be taken that will bring undeniable proof to the awakened population that the Plan is real and that there are indeed Light forces working towards the planetary liberation.

4. Greed and lust for power inside the Light forces on the surface of this planet (Positive Military, White Dragon Society…) is understandable and tolerable as an intrinsic part of the human nature, to a certain point. But when it begins to hinder operations, create delays, or when certain suffering could be prevented inside the general population and it is not, people responsible for this will be held accountable. The Resistance Movement is monitoring all operations of the surface positive groups and knows exactly what everybody is doing.

5. The Resistance Movement will give positive groups on the surface of the planet a certain limited period of time to carry out the actual liberation themselves. If they fail to do so, direct action will be taken by the Resistance independently from any positive groups or the general population. This is the second part of Operation Omega Phoenix. Very few details will be given out before the actual operation itself. If Operation Omega Phoenix 2 will be needed, it will be less user-friendly to the general population because a little more severe disruptions in the distribution chain are possible. The Green Light (advance notice to the general population) for Operation Omega Phoenix 2 may or may not be issued. 

6. The “containment”, as many channels describe it, is not possible. There will be actual physical arrests of the Cabal taking place. The positive ET forces will only assist from the distance with their light healing and balancing technologies to ensure they will happen with as little violence as possible.

Keshe Foundation Announces Plans To Release Free Energy Technology
